Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States, all European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Within the United States, we don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or other U.S. territories and overseas addresses, or to APO/FPO military addresses.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes 7–12 business days after that. Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days in total. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders. No shipping charges are added at checkout.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

No. Any applicable import duties are covered by us, so you won't be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Contact us before sending anything back and we'll send you instructions. See our Refund Policy for full details.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

What payment methods do you accept?

All available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through a secure checkout, and we never see or store your full card details.
